These base oils are the derivatives of refining crude oil process. They are produced using old technologies such as ‘Solvent Refining’ and ‘Solvent Dewaxing’ and through the solvent extraction method.
The lubricants made of these base oils are capable of meeting some performance level requirements.
The most common viscosity degrees of these oils are SN 150, SN 500.
